 |  I just want to tell everyone how great these guys are,I'm so thankful for all the help I truly never hoped for...Beeing in Europe is so hard to keep contact with the loved ones,specially because international call(from USA to Europe) are so expensive,but with their help,a dream came true.I was able to talk to my husband in jail every day,great service,great deals!And then when he was moved to another Facility,we even change the number for better rates,and better service with no extra charge!I never though something like this was even possible.I was keeping in touch with my husband only by writing letters,and somethimes he'd buy $20,00 international cards worth 10 minutes)until one day(after 5 months of not hearing my husbad's voice not even once)I found out about them from a friend.My husband calls me on my cellphone,we can talk for hours without paying more than a monthly charge,which is nothing comparing to directly international calls.Everytime I had a question to ask,Chris was always there to answer,like a real friend.Thank you,Chris!  | Every time I spoke to Chris I told him that your company should be considered a human rights organization. The monopoly that these companies (who get bids to provide services in the facilities) have on phone calls to and from jails is absurd. And it's praying on many people in this country who are already in the low-income bracket. Your company gives them a much more affordable option, and saved me hundreds of dollars when my boyfriend was in immigration detention. First of all, your founders are genius. Second, your staff are superb and comforted me in a time of crisis...often responding to my audible tears with words of hope. Sometimes Chris must have felt like my therapist, but he responded apropriately to someone who was clearly distressed. Keep up the good work and keep finding legal ways to get around their trickery so that you can keep families intact while they're physically separated. Thank you!  | I just want to do an updated testimonial. I have been a customer from almost the very beginning.I could not ask for a better service. It has been 2 years now and the Customer Service is just Super!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I have never had a dropped phone call with CJC unlike Global tel link. The rates are SUPER compared to the prison server.$7.00 for a 15 minute phone call and most times my daughter would spend her 15 minutes TRYING to get through, with CJC it cost next to nothing for a 15 minute phone call and NEVER had I missed a phone call because of the service !!!!! When I would have questions I can call and talk to a human being, be able to understand every word they say.All I can say is you won't be sorry with the cost, the service, or the customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Chris keep up the great work super service and cheap rates.... I can say I will be with them for the duration of my daughters sentence!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
