Important account information!
E-mail alerts.
As a courtesy to all customers, we send e-mail updates whenever your account balance falls below $5.00. Another e-mail is sent out when the account reaches a zero balance. These e-mails are provided to assist our customers in managing their accounts and to help prevent a break in service. If you are not receiving these e-mails, please check your account to ensure that we have your correct email address listed. If you are using our service for a federal facility, these e-mails are probably of less use to you since the inmates are only allowed 300 minutes. However, some customers sign up for service on a date that does not match up with the inmate's renewal at the prison. In this case there can be some overlap and the e-mails can alert you to that overlap so that you can add additional funds to cover it.
Month-to-month calling plan customers
If you are a month-to-month calling plan customer, please keep in mind that your monthly renewal includes $2.99 for the cost of your phone number. When you make your monthly payment you are paying $2.99 for the phone number and $15.00 for 300 minutes of service for a total of $17.99.
If you are set up for automatic bill payment you are charged $17.99. $2.99 is used to cover the cost of the phone number and the remaining $15.00 is applied to your balance to cover your 300 minutes of talk time.
If you are not set for automatic bill payment, $2.99 will automatically be deducted from your account balance to cover the cost of your phone number each month. Any remaining funds will be used toward the actual talk time. This allows you to make payment at a time that is convenient for yourself without having to worry about a break in inmate calling.
Auto Replenish
We now have an auto replenish feature that will allow you to automatically add funds to your account whenever your balance falls below a level you choose. Customers who take advantage of the auto-replenish feature will receive two e-mail notifications. One when your balance reaches $5.00 and another when the funds are added to your account. This is a great account management option for customers who own smart phones with email capabilities and those who want to guarantee that that they will never be without calls from an inmate. Account Inactivity
We reserve the right to close all accounts that remain inactive for a period of 28 days or more. If you need the account, but it will be inactive for longer than 28 days, please contact us to let us know. As long as the account has a positive balance we can keep it open longer when given notice.
