Pay-As-You-Go Calling Plan

 The Pay-As-You-Go calling plan is the perfect package for people who do not intend to receive a large volume of calls, those individuals on a fixed income and people who do not like being locked into a payment date each month.  With the Pay-As-You-Go calling plan, we provide you with a local number for $2.99 per month.  Whenever your inmate dials the provided number, $0.05 per minute will be deducted from your prepaid account balance.  Those who intend to receive more than 600 minutes worth of calls (Forty 15 minute calls) should explore the Unlimited Calling Plan.

Plan Benefits

Add Additional Lines At Any Time - Staying in touch during this time is important and we make it easy for you to do so.  If you have other people who wish to speak to your inmate you can add additional lines to your Pay-As-You-Go calling plan during activation, or at any time after, by simply calling our office and requesting that the additional local numbers be added to your account.  The cost is the same, $2.99 per line each month and will be deducted from your account balance upon activation and then on your original account renewal date each month.  All lines on the account share the same account balance that is available.

Trouble Free Renewal - Renewing your account each month is easy.  When your account is set for renewal each month our system will automatically deduct $2.99 from your account for the cost of each number you were issued.  As long as you have funds on your account to cover the cost of the monthly line charges you will never experience a disruption to your service.

Free Rollover Minutes - Never worry about lost account balances.  With the exception of your monthly line charge, all money added to your account remains until used. 

Payment Flexibility -  When activating a Pay-As-You-Go calling plan a customer service representative will help you determine how many minutes best meet your needs. To ensure that there are no missed payments, or disruption in your service, all accounts with are set with automatic bill payment for the amount of your initial payment using the credit or debit card you have on file.  No need to remember renewal dates or set aside time each day to manage your account.  If you should decide that you would prefer to opt out of automatic bill pay and wish to make manual payments, for any reason, please, ask a customer service representative for your account login credentials so that you can access your online account. This way you are not locked into a specific payment date each month and have the ability to add fund when your financial situation allows for it. 

24 hour account access -  When activating your account a representative will provide you with login credential for your online account so that you can add funds, check your balance, and view your call history.  You can login to your account 24 hours a day by clicking or tapping the 'My Account' button at the top right of our website.  Also, feel free to check your balance or add funds by calling us toll free at 1.800.526.1170 and listening to the prompts.



The minimum payment to open a Pay-As-You-Go calling plan is $17.99.  That will provide you with 1 local number and 300 minutes of talk time.  This cost does not include the one time, nonrefundable, activation fee of $9.99 that is added to the total cost of all new account activations.
